I spent 27 years on the tools before I ever touched automation. I saw the same thing over and over in real businesses: the missed call that never got a callback, the form nobody replied to, the lead that went cold in a spreadsheet somewhere.
That's not a visibility problem, a website problem, a CRM problem, and a follow-up problem, separately. It's one connected leak. So I started building systems to close it — instead of tolerating it, the way most businesses just do.
That's why Tabtrickle exists: not theory, not a team of tech lads guessing, but systems built by someone who's actually watched a business lose a customer over a call that went unanswered.
